About us

We are a locally owned and opperated steel building manufacture. We service North Carolina and surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts. This is an regional sales position that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing dealers

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Identify dealer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales

- Provide exceptional customer/dealer service throughout the sales process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Experience:

- Proven experience in regional sales, account management, or business development

- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex products and services

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
